WACO, Texas (KWTX) - The suspects in a botched drug deal outside a Waco Church's Chicken fatally shot the drug dealer after they argued over money, court documents allege.

The second suspect in the deadly May 2025 shooting in the parking lot of the fried chicken fast food restaurant was recently arrested out of state and extradited to McLennan County, where he is now being held on a $1 million bond.

Kevien Daniels, 19, is charged with murder, a first-degree felony, in the death of Jeromy Muoz, according to Waco police and an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by KWTX.
