FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A Fort Bend County woman tells ABC13 she's finally received a resolution from the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority after a two-year fight over a technological mishap.
"I was just frustrated," said Latoya Fontenot.
Fontenot, who told Eyewitness News she has an EZ TAG, says the problem repeatedly occurred because the toll road's equipment repeatedly mistook an "O" on her license plate for a "0." The mishap, which led the system to believe Fontenot was using the toll road without paying, was confirmed by the agency to ABC13 this afternoon.
