HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- The Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar's Office told ABC13 it has identified about 75,000 records that need to be processed before early voting begins.

The number includes new applications and updates to voters' information, like a new address.

Officials say the changes go back as far as October 2025.
