ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - An Odessa family's mission to break the stigma surrounding mental health has reached a major milestone.

Three years after starting their suicide awareness group, "BL3S SQUAD" is officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

The group was founded in honor of Andres Martinez, a 23-year-old young man with a bright future who passed away three years ago.
