AUSTIN, Texas - Following a shooting on Rainey Street over the weekend, the victim's brother is continuing his search for answers about who's responsible.

What they're saying: It stems back to a shooting on July 26, when around 1:24 a.m., Austin police officers responded to reports of shots fired along Rainey Street.

When officers arrived, they found a victim suffering from serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.
