MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Governor Greg Abbott was scheduled to make a campaign stop in Midland on Thursday afternoon for his "Roll Out: Get Out the Vote" tour, but a last-minute change of plans kept him from attending in person.

Supporters completely packed Michael's Charcoal Grill, with a line stretching around the building.

But the crowd quickly fizzled out when attendees learned Abbott could not attend due to issues with his aircraft.
