The Boerne Independent School District has restructured its Superintendent's Cabinet to match the district's continued growth, elevating three longtime leaders into expanded roles: Dr. John O'Hare as Associate Superintendent, Ramiro Guerrero as Chief of Operations, and Yvette Reyna as Chief of Community Engagement, Strategic Partnerships, and Communications.

The restructuring reduces the number of Cabinet-level positions while expanding and realigning responsibilities to better serve students, teachers, and staff.

"Leadership structures should evolve alongside the needs of the organization," said Boerne ISD Superintendent Kristin Craft.
