Rainfall continues in the Rio Grande Valley with McAllen receiving significant precipitation while Harlingen and Brownsville see less rain, with chances of showers expected to continue into the weekend.
HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) -- Rainfall totals for August so far show that McAllen has received quite a bit of rain, but not so much for Harlingen and Brownsville.
There is still a chance of rain over the next couple of days.
However, future rainfall totals indicate that we won't see much.
