DENISON, Texas (KXII) - Texoma Dog Ranch Rescue wrapped up its Labor Day adoption event, giving rescue dogs another chance at finding homes."We give dogs second chances off the euthanasia list. We just give them a second chance at life," said Gabriel Rivera.

Puppies rescued from the streetAmong the dogs available were Oakley, Rocky and Juno.

The three puppies came from the Howe Police Department after being found abandoned on the street."These puppies were brought to us from Howe Police Department, and they came from off the street, and they wasn't really trusting. They was scared for the most part. They didn't want to follow us. They just did their own thing," Rivera said.
