A 19-year-old is charged with murder after he allegedly shot a man inside his vehicle near The Heights last week.
Jhoan Gomez is currently in the Harris County Jail with bond denied.
On Sept. 3, he's accused of fatally shooting Drelien Washington, a man who Gomez did not personally know, according to court records.
