The case of an Edinburg mother accused of setting a vehicle on fire with her two children inside is set to make her first court appearance Wednesday morning in San Antonio.

Marlene Vidal, 34, is scheduled for a hearing at 9 a.m. in Bexar County's 437th Criminal District Court, which is presided over by Judge Joel Perez.
