Motorcyclist injured in police chase that ended in crash in central Lubbock

A motorcyclist was hospitalized with moderate injuries after leading Lubbock police on a chase that ended in a crash near 10th and Avenue Q on Wednesday night.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - One person is in the hospital after leading police on a chase through central Lubbock last Wednesday night.

Just after 10:30 p.m., officers attempted to pull over a motorcycle for drag racing.

The rider refused sparking a chase.
