At Monday's meeting of the Brown County Commissioners Court, approval was given to several steps for three upcoming remodeling projects.

The projects involve relocation of three County departments: Treasury, Elections, and Tax Assessor-Collector.

Before the remodeling can begin, asbestos surveys will be required in the Tax Assessor-Collector office in the Courthouse, the Election Office/County Treasurer in 613 North Fisk, and the newly acquired building at 600 Fisk.
