TYLER, Texas (KETK) -- The Tyler Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a 66-year-old man last seen leaving the Andrews Center on Tuesday morning.

Herman Buxton is considered a critically missing person and police started searching for him at around 11:25 a.m. after he left the center, located at 2323 W.
