A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run crash Saturday, according to San Antonio police.

Police said the motorcyclist, a 56-year-old man, was traveling eastbound when he collided with another vehicle around midnight on Interstate 10.

The other driver did not stop to render aid, according to police.
