CONROE, Texas (KBTX) - A Conroe man with a felony record is behind bars after pulling a weapon on family members and then locking himself inside a home Saturday night, prompting a SWAT response.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to the 9000 block of Chimney Swift Lane around 9 p.m. The family got out of the home and called police, but the suspect refused to come out.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team, Drone Team and Crisis Negotiation Team were called in.
