Kerrville's historic downtown will transform into an open streets event Saturday, Oct. 24, welcoming the public to roam the roads lined with local Hill Country artists, musicians and a variety of vendors for the second annual Water Street Festival.

"We have many artists that range from leather jewelry to fiber art to oil and pastels and all types of handcrafted materials," said Delayne Sigerman, event chair.

"They're all very unique. I don't even think we have two of the same category in our vendors." From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the festival invites locals and visitors alike to Kerrville's downtown for a day of free family fun while celebrating Hill Country artists and businesses.
