Taylor Press issue to be included in time capsule GEORGETOWN - Granite from the Brushy Creek Regional Trail, a doorknob and keys from the historic County Courthouse, a 2026 penny - the last year pennies were minted - are just a few of the dozens of items people will discover in five decades when they open the new Williamson County Administration Building time capsule.

"Looking at the list it's amazingly representative what the different people have included," said Precinct 4 Commissioner Russ Boles.

County leaders and department heads were invited to submit items for inclusion to the project.
