ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Motorists should expect temporary traffic delays on Monday, September 14, 2026, as an honor escort is held for Odessa Fire Rescue 25-year veteran Firefighter/Paramedic Eric Handlin.

The honor escort will start at Odessa Fire Rescue Fire House 8 at approximately 8:45 a.m. and will travel to First Baptist Church.
