Gillespie County residents affected by the July flooding can receive free legal assistance through Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA) as recovery efforts continue across South-Central Texas.

The nonprofit legal aid organization is providing free civil legal services to eligible survivors of the flooding that began July 12.

Gillespie County is among the counties included in state and federal disaster declarations, making residents eligible to seek assistance with a variety of legal issues related to flood recovery.
