BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A mother is facing charges after Bryan police say she crashed her car into a telephone pole while intoxicated with her infant daughter in the vehicle, then fled on foot and hid with the baby before officers found her.
According to an affidavit, officers were called to a crash in the 700 block of East 23rd Street on the night of Sept. 13.
Witnesses told dispatchers a woman had fled the wrecked car while carrying a baby and appeared to be intoxicated.
