BIG SPRING, Texas (KOSA) - The Big Spring City Council voted unanimously Wednesday evening, Oct. 28, to approve a 10-year agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The agreement involves detention operations at the Cedar Hill and Flightline correctional facilities, according to our news partners, KBest Media.

The agreement runs from Nov. 1, 2026, through Oct. 31, 2036.
