Pat Blackman, the past president of the Boerne Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, will be the guest speaker at the Tuesday, Nov. 10, meeting of the Hill Country Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.

The regular luncheon meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. at Rails: A Cafe at the Depot, 615 E. Schreiner St., in Kerrville.
