CIBOLO, Texas - Families living in a Cibolo mobile home park were without working water for more than 24 hours this week, and a property owner blames her business partner for being behind on the bill.

Treva Carpenter, co-owner of Shady Meadows Mobile Home Park, said her business partner has not been paying the utility bill.

There has been an outstanding $22,000 water bill since 2023, according to Carpenter.
