COPPERAS COVE, Texas (KWTX) - Water is flowing again in Copperas Cove after a water main break over the weekend left most residents and businesses in town without running water.

The city has moved to a Stage 1 water restriction, allowing affected businesses and schools to open their doors.

The boil water notice was issued Aug. 17, 2026, and remains in effect until further notice.
