A San Antonio woman accused of buying ammunition, magazines and tactical gear for her son, who had expressed a desire to carry out "mass acts of violence" at a SAISD school last year, has had her charge dismissed, Bexar County court records show.

Ashley Pardo, 34, was originally arrested on charges of aiding in the commission of terrorism in May 2025, according to court records.

According to authorities, she allegedly bought the items "with knowledge" that they would be "used to plan and carry out" a crime.
