Some San Antonio Independent School District employees may have been impacted by a "security incident" involving district data earlier this month, a district spokesperson told KSAT on Wednesday.

The district said one of its vendors, Frontline, "experienced a breach" that impacted people across the country.

SAISD employees were notified about the breach on Oct. 6.
