PECOS COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - A Pecos County man has been arrested in connection with a string of vehicle burglaries, stolen vehicles and gun thefts across three West Texas counties after investigators say he confessed to dozens of crimes.

According to the Big Spring Police Department, the investigation began July 28, when the Big Spring Police Department and the Howard County Sheriff's Office started looking into a series of vehicle burglaries, stolen vehicles and gun thefts in their jurisdictions.

Authorities said a Crime Stoppers tip helped identify a suspect.
