The Fredericksburg High School varsity girls cross country team had two weeks of rest before running at the Mason Cross Country Meet last Wednesday in Mason.

FHS placed fourth with a total of 98 points.

"We have been off from racing for two weeks working on improving our general race fitness, and it was great to be back on the course today to evaluate how our training has progressed," FHS Coach Dan Aldrich said.
