Odessa shop owner used customer cars to rob locals, jokes he was 'exceeding expectations'

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - An Odessa auto repair shop owner has been arrested after police say he used vehicles left at his shop to pull off a string of local burglaries.

According to the Odessa Police Department, they arrested 22-year-old Jesus Munoz, the owner of Doughboyz Fab & Audio.
