After graduating from La Pryor High School, coming back to teach, spending 30 years in education, and retiring, Dwight McHazlett is back at Bulldog Nation - this time as interim superintendent.

While McHazlett is a La Pryor local, he spent most of his time as an educator at Medina Valley Independent School District in Castroville, from 2002 through 2022.
