The Geneva School of Boerne cross country teams were in their second meet of the year when they participated in Bandera at the Steve Goleman 5th Annual Invitational last weekend.

Geneva is scheduled to run again at the Schreiner Hill Country Invitational in Kerrville on Sept. 18.

In the two-mile girls race, Peyton Eiland had the team's best finish after she was 18th in a time of 13:13, Maggie Lutz ran a 14:13 and Catalina Lozada posted a 15:26 as the Geneva team didn't have enough for a full team.
