Deaf, non-verbal man reported missing out of Brownsville

Brownsville Police Department seeks public assistance in locating 76-year-old Mario Alberto Soto, a deaf and non-verbal man missing from his home since last being seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, and red hat.

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) -- The Brownsville Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing man.

Mario Alberto Soto, 76, was last seen at his home located at the 1800 block of Palm Blvd. in Brownsville.

Police believe Soto was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans and a red hat.
