COPPERAS COVE, Texas (KWTX) - A teenage motorcyclist has died following a collision Sunday night at a busy Copperas Cove intersection, police said Monday.

According to the Copperas Cove Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 8:32 p.m. on Sunday, August 9, to the intersection of FM 3046 and the U.S. Highway 190 bypass following reports of a crash involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a 16-year-old male motorcyclist suffering from severe, life-threatening injuries.
