The Comfort High boys cross country team advanced to the Region IV-3A race scheduled for Tuesday in Corpus Christi after they finished third at the District 5-3A meet last week.

Comfort's girls also raced, but the Deer didn't advance after they were fifth in the final team standings.

Only the top three teams and top 10 individuals will run at regionals.
