Heritage High School senior student athlete, Skyelar Welch, graduated from Heritage in May, leaving behind a legacy of athletic and academic accomplishments that deserved special recognition.

Welch had a stellar athletic career that began four years ago as a freshman at Heritage.

By her senior season, Welch finished the school year as valedictorian and set a Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) state record in the track and field program at the state meet this past spring.
