KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - For 45 years, Central Texas College's Child Development Center and Lab School has helped shape young minds while preparing future educators for careers in early childhood education.

The college recently celebrated the center's 45th anniversary, bringing together current and former staff members, families, students, community members and college leaders to recognize more than four decades of service.

The celebration offered an opportunity to reflect on the generations of children and families who have benefited from the center's programs, as well as the students who have gained valuable hands-on experience working with young learners.
