A man has been arrested and charged with capital murder after a woman and a man were found shot to death inside an apartment complex management office in west Houston.

Court records identify the suspect as 53-year-old Derrick Duane Jackson.

He is accused of killing Rosa Linda Ybarra, 67, and Felix Antonio Jimenez Macz, 47, on Sept. 3.
