SAN ANTONIO - A 19-year-old man was detained after a woman was injured in a shooting on the South Side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

A 19-year-old man was detained after a woman was injured in a shooting on the South Side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The shooting happened just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Roosevelt Avenue.
An SAPD preliminary report states that upon arrival, officers found the 35-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her lower body.
