(KGNS) - A Laredo florist is suing the owner of the DoubleTree hotel after a fire he says injured him and damaged his nearby home and business.

Leon Ramirez's lawsuit against Shreem Laredo, L.P., alleges that fire, smoke, and debris affected his property.

He also claims physical injuries and emotional trauma.
