TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Tyler city marshal deputy is behind bars Tuesday after he was accused of telling a woman he would not arrest her but wanted her to undress.

Javier Soto, 33, was working as a Tyler city marshal deputy when he arrived at a home on the 15000 block of County Road 384 to arrest a woman with outstanding traffic warrants, according to an arrest affidavit.

Javier Soto(Smith County Jail)After the woman made arrangements for childcare, the affidavit states Soto said he felt bad about arresting her and called the Tyler City Marshall's Office to tell them she did not have childcare.
