For several years, Munchies Locos has been slinging treats and snacks out of its colorful trailer, which can often be found on Elliot Knox Boulevard near H-E-B in New Braunfels.

The business is run by Juanita and Gerardo Sanchez, with their three children often helping out as well.

The couple customized the business' trailer from scratch, which took about six months, and built the business from the ground up, Juanita said.
