A Grand Prairie attorney accused of defrauding roughly 20 investors and pressing a couple to "take a vacation," possibly in Mexico, to avoid investigators, has been arrested, prosecutors said.

David Thomas Gilchrist, 70, was taken into custody on Monday on federal charges of wire fraud, aggravated identity theft, and witness tampering, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas.
