LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Saint Francis Ministries is collecting food and hygiene products to stock up its brand-new emergency needs closet, designed to support local foster children and reunifying families during after-hours crises.

For many case workers and families, emergency situations often happen after hours.

The emergency closet will allow caseworks to grab non-perishable foods, hygiene items, diapers and other things for families who may need these resources to hold them over in a crisis situation.
