Semi-trailer carrying 13 hay bales catches fire on bridge connecting Gun Barrel City and Seven Points

GUN BARREL CITY, Texas (KLTV) - Gun Barrel City Fire Department reported that a trailer hauling multiple hay bales caught fire on Monday around 10:30 a.m. The trailer pulled onto the shoulder of Highway 334 on a bridge that connects Gun Barrel City and Seven Points.

Firefighters responded and knocked down the fire so that the trailer could be relocated to prevent damage to the bridge and facilitate the removal of the burning hay.
