No degree? Jarvis students learn what employers value most in the job hunt

HAWKINS, Texas (KLTV) - A college degree can be a large investment.

According to the American Association of Colleges and Universities, most employers say graduates are ready for the job, but only half call them "very prepared."Students at Jarvis Christian University in Hawkins are working to answer what it takes to get hired today.
