ADAMS COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX/Gray News) - A 61-year-old man died earlier this week when a tree fell on him, officials said.

First responders found the man with serious injuries when they got to him Monday, the Adams County Sheriff's Office said.

Authorities said it looked like the man was cutting wood when a tree or a portion of it fell on him.
