GAINES COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - A couple stopped by the Gaines County Sheriff's Office with loaves of homemade banana bread and a handwritten thank you note.

Dolores and Samuel Mosauer stopped by the sheriff's office with a note explaining that in June, while her husband was in the hospital, Dolores had a flat tire in the parking lot of a Seminole convenience store around 4:00 a.m. She was alone in a dark parking lot.

Her husband was in the hospital, and she had recently moved from a big city and didn't know anyone.
