The way I most often describe Cindy Heifner, the longtime executive director at the Hill Country Community Needs Council is, "She never saw a new program she didn't want to start." And I mean that in the absolute best, most admiring way.
When she sees a need, she seemingly runs to it to see what she/the Needs Council can do.
As the director of the Good Samaritan Center, I get a unique view of Cindy's work in our community.
