Residents impacted by last week's flooding will have an opportunity to connect with recovery agencies and organizations during a Disaster Recovery Center on Saturday in Fredericksburg.

Fredericksburg/Gillespie County Emergency Management will host the one-day event from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 25, at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office, 38 Business Court.

The center is open to residents affected by the flooding and will provide information and assistance on a variety of recovery topics, including insurance claim processes, insurance documentation, damage survey submission, agricultural relief funding, volunteer assistance with vegetative debris removal and other disaster recovery resources.
